Rindranantenaina Miharivelo Princy - Defender of Lemurs

Veterinary Medicine Student

Currently a final year veterinary medicine student, Rindranantenaina Miharivelo Princy is passionate about Madagascar’s endemic animals. The decline in the number of lemurs over time deeply affects her. She wants to actively contribute to their preservation and offer them a prosperous future.
Convinced that lemurs are priceless treasures, Princy believes they need support and help from scientists in various fields, such as the environment and animal health.
Involved since middle school, she was a member of the Vintsy club, where she participated in various awareness-raising activities on the protection of biodiversity, particularly lemurs. Princy was also a member of the Malagasy Youth Biodiversity Network and carried out an awareness-raising activity at the EPP Analamahitsy concerning the protection of lemurs.
