With a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Finance, Tony Lee Florent Rahajamelitiana is currently completing his Master’s degree in the same field. His academic background has allowed him to develop strong skills in administration, financial management, logistics, and monitoring and evaluation, acquired through experiences within NGOs, civil society organizations, and the banking sector.
At Natiora Defenders, he holds the position of Administrative and Financial Assistant. He actively participates in the organization’s administrative and financial management, ensuring the smooth running of activities and compliance with internal procedures. Convinced that environmental protection and sustainable development are closely linked to the well-being of communities, he is committed to concrete actions that contribute to a more responsible future.
Actively involved in community organizations and youth development, he has participated in several capacity-building and leadership initiatives. He was an Administrative & Logistic Fellow at the NGO Youth First, where he ensured administrative compliance and managed the availability of material resources. He also collaborated with the Youth Observatory Association on the ILO’s Pro Agro Youth project, contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of activities.
